DES is a well-established specialty contractor located in Middleburg, VA servicing the mid-Atlantic region. Seeking independent, responsible individual to assist with installation of wood and plastic-laminated casework and other equipment in commercial and institutional facilities. Carpentry experience and familiarity with power hand tools is desired. Successful candidate will take direction well, be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Tools and safety equipment are provided. Reliable transportation is required. Installer assistants are typically paired with a lead casework installer and travel together as a 2-person crew in a company vehicle. DES install crews travel to job sites located throughout the mid-Atlantic region. We perform work primarily in VA, MD, DC, DE, and WV. Some projects will require (company paid) lodging near work site. Typical responsibilities and activities include, but are not limited to:

- Working under the direction of a lead Casework Installer
- Unloading and distributing product on job site
- Assisting with installation of casework and equipment
- Maintaining a clean work site
- Properly caring for tools
- Following proper safety standards
- Maintaining consistently high-level of quality work
